Our 1898 creek side Colorado cottage offers a furnished one bedroom, 3/4 bath with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Relax and enjoy listening to the creek rush by the hours in our comfy double hammock.

The cabin is only a ½ block from downtown Historic Manitou Springs dining, galleries and shops and sits at the edge of the residential/business district.

Perfect for a family vacation or relocation.

The living room, dining room combination is a large room that has a double fold out sofa and day bed with a trundle for extra sleeping area. There is a large television, books for reading and a stereo to pass the time.

The 3/4 bathroom is in the bedroom and has a pedestal sink, complete with a large shower.

The cottage is fully furnished with microwave, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, stereo, TV/VCR/DVD and basic cable, internet connectivity BBQ grill, phone, dishes and linens. We supply the basics to get you started on your Pikes Peak vacation.

Sleeps 2-6, children accepted.

Prices quoted are double occupancy. $10 per person per night above 2. Maximum occupancy for the cabin is six (6). Children under the age of 12 are welcome. No Pets.
Housekeeping and Breakfast are not included.
Amenities provided are cleaning supplies, linens and towels, soaps, toiletries and basic kitchen staples. There are no additional rental fees for these amenities - they are included to make your stay a comfortable one.

Deposit & Policy Information for the Cottage

Additional charges apply for greater than double occupancy, $10 per person per night.
A lodging deposit of 50% is required at time of booking in order to hold the reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
A $35 fee will be charged on all cancellations. A refund will be given only if the cottage is rebooked with less than a 14 day cancellation notice.
The cottage requires a $100 security deposit upon check-in, which will be refunded upon inspection if there's no damage or loss. Leave the cabin clean and return key by 11am the day of check out. Late check-out charges apply.
The cottage is non-smoking and candle free (outside only on covered porch or deck area).
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm, and the key can be picked up at 1892 Victoria's Keep Bed & Breakfast located at 202 Ruxton Ave, Manitou Springs, just 2 blocks east of the cottage.
Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out available for $50.00 per hour.
Advance reservations are suggested May through October
