Policies at Victoria's Keep

Reservations
Vacation reservations may be made by phone or online. A 50% deposit is required with a major credit card at the time of your reservation. We accept MC, VISA, Discover and AMEX. We will accept traveler's checks, cash and debit cards but we do not accept personal checks. When making a reservation, please remember that you are making a commitment to
us and we are making one to you.
Cancellations
Please give us 14 days notice prior to your arrival date for return of your deposit, less $35.00 cancellation fee. In case of multiple room bookings, this policy is applied per room booked. All reservations are subject to cancellation fees. All reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations after the 14 day period, the guest assumes financial responsibility for the cost of the entire booking, this includes early departures, unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to re-book the room the guest will be refunded their deposit less the $35.00 cancellation fee.
Check in 4:00 PM. to 6:00 PM.
Check out 11:00 AM.
Early and late arrivals may be arranged by appointment.
