Policies at Victoria's Keep
Vacation reservations may be made by phone or online. A 50% deposit is required with a major credit card at the time of your reservation. Reservations booked within the 30 day cancellation policy will be charged in full. We accept MC, VISA, Discover and AMEX. We will accept traveler's checks, cash and debit cards but we do not accept personal checks. When making a reservation, please remember that you are making a commitment to
us and we are making one to you to have a room available during your stay.
Victoria's Keep is best suited for adults and children 13 years and older and
cannot accommodate pets. All rooms are double occupancy only.
The full B&B has converted to a private residence, therefore; breakfast and housekeeping are not included.
Retail Items and Packages
All retail items and packages are non-refundable upon reservation. The full amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
Please give us 30 days notice prior to your arrival date for return of your deposit, less $50.00 cancellation fee. In case of multiple room bookings, this policy is applied per room booked. All reservations are subject to cancellation fees. All reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations after the 30 day period, the guest assumes financial responsibility for the cost of the entire booking, this includes early departures, unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to re-book the room the guest will be refunded their deposit less the $50.00 cancellation fee.

Check out 11:00 AM.
Late check out is available for $50.00 per hour.
Early and late arrivals may be arranged by appointment.
The cottages and the inn is available for enjoyment by overnight guests only.
